Hi, I am Natalie-- I co-own the salon with my best friend, Jamie. With over 20 years in the industry, I've built my career around a love for extensions and dimensional color, blonding, and creating elevated looks that feel both modern and wearable. I have always had a passion for opening a salon space that cultivates all the great things that make up a team that values camaraderie and a fun culture, which ultimately brought me what makes up Bronde.
When I'm not behind the chair, life is full with my two little ones, Gordy and Lottie Belle. You'll usually find me chasing them around, traveling, wine tasting, perfecting my at-home lattes, tending to my flowers, baking, laughing nonstop, or shopping for home decor and fashion.

Jamie Rittenour | owner + stylist
I'm Jamie and I co-own the salon. I specialize in extensions and lived-in color, creating soft, dimensional looks that grow out effortlessly.
Outside of the salon, I'm a mom to three amazing kids (16, 11, 2), so my life is always full and a little busy-- but in the best way! I love unwinding with a glass of wine, taking care of my ever growing collection of plants, getting lost in a good book or watching a scary movie.
I am always welcoming new clients and can't wait to see you in my chair.

Magey Shambre | stylist
Magey has been behind the chair for almost six years, bringing her touch to bronde for the last four. She specializes in blonding, and lived-in color.
Originally from Mansfield, Ohio, Magey still calls it home and makes the daily drive to the salon for the clients she loves. Her dedication shows in every detail of her work and every relationship she builds behind the chair.
When shes not in the salon, you'll find her soaking up the sun, walking her dogs keno and moto, tending to her garden, enjoying all things summer (her favorite season). She's a lover of reality TV, from Bravo to dating shows.

Ainslee Patten | stylist
Ainslee has been behind the chair for six years, including the last four at bronde where she's known for creating effortlessly lived-in color and seamless hand-tied extensions. Her approach is all about soft dimension, natural grow-out and enhancing each client'a unique look with intention.
Beyond her talent behind the chair, she brings a warm, fun energy to every appointment and within the salon. A self-proclaimed Bravo enthusiast, she's always up for chatting about your current watch or the latest TV drama-- expect great hair and great conversation.
Ainslee married her high school sweetheart in May and is a proud dog and cat mom to her golden retriever and two orange cats. When she's not in the salon, you'll find her at hot yoga, in the kitchen trying new recipes, enjoying a glass of wine and winding down with her favorite shows.

Kylie Taylor | stylist
Hi, I'm Kylie! I specialize in blonding, lived-in color and extensions. With two years behind the chair, I began my journey shadowing at bronde and have grown into a stylist who values both technique and connection.
Originally from Cambridge, Ohio, I made the move to Columbus three years ago to pursue my passion. As the youngest of five, I've always had a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for individuality, which carries into every client experience I create.
When I'm not in the salon, you'll find me watching reality TV, shopping, heading to hot yoga, and traveling to cheer on my boyfriend at his baseball games.
Alexia Conrad | stylist
I'm Alexia, stylist at Bronde Culture in uptown Westerville. I love creating blondes, blends, from soft, dimensional color to bright, lived-in looks that grow out beautifully.
My goal is simple: to create the hair that makes you feel confident, beautifully and completely obsessed. I focus on enhancing your natural features while giving you a look that feels effortless, modern and unique to you. I can't wait to have you in my chair!
